Wolves players take part in community events

WARRINGTON Wolves players may be preparing for Wembley later this month, but they’re still busy supporting the club’s foundation.

At the start of the season the community club ambassadors were launched to supporting their nominated clubs at Man of Steel, One Community and Club Challenge events.

As well as this the players have been supporting the schools work and Tom Lineham took time out to visit the OSI Rugby 9s competition at Victoria Park at the end of term.

The inclusion programme is always a favourite with the players Ryan Bailey particularly as he played goalkeeper in a penalty shootout.

Club Captain Chris Hill presented the young players with their jerseys before going on tour to Isle of Man.

The Wolves are clear in their aim to become the best rugby league club in the world, on and off the field.

They take on Hull FC in the Challenge Cup final at Wembley on Saturday August 27.
