MORE than 80 riders took part in Woolston Rovers U14 Gold’s sponsored bike ride.
The event was to raise money for their own teams and towards the Gold’s French Tour Fund. It was a huge success with more than £1,600 being raised to support the touring team.
It is hoped to make the ride a permanent fixture in the club calendar for future years.
