Man suffered smoke inhalation after kitchen fire

A MAN was treated for the effects of smoke after a house fire at Orford, Warrington, last night.
The blaze involved an oven in the kitchen at a house in Derek Avenue just before 8pm.
The fire was out by the time firefighters reached the scene but the house was filled with smoke.
A ventilation unit was used to clear smoke from the property.
The man is not believed to have been seriously harmed.
