WARRINGTON Wolves have turned down a bid by Championship side Leigh Centurions to sign experienced hooker Micky Higham with immediate effect.
Higham is contracted at the Wolves until the end of the current 2015 season and as such the club has turned down this request from the Championship side.
A club spokesperson said: “He is a key part of our first team and one of our more influential and experienced players. We believe he has a big role to play
in the future success of 2015.”
Fellow hooker Daryl Clark is currently on the sidelines through injury therefore the club has also called back Brad Dwyer, on loan at London Broncos, for a month with immediate effect.

Good to see Micky Higham is staying until at least the end of the season – still got plenty to offer!
