WARRINGTON Wolves powerhouse prop Garreth Carvell will join the Bradford Bulls at the end of his contract in November.
Although no official statement has been made by the Wolves, Bradford have announced the capture of the England Prop on a two year deal from November.
The 32-year-old, who has previously played for Leeds Rhinos and Hull FC, has become the Bulls’ first major signing for the 2014 Super League season.
Carvell has won three Challenge Cups in his five seasons at Warrington and is a part of Steve McNamara’s England elite training squad.
The signing comes a matter of days after the Bulls sold unsettled second-row Elliott Whitehead to the Catalan Dragons.
The move comes as a surprise after Carvell uprooted his family from Yorkshire, moving to Warrington.
He had previously been moved with links down under but said he was settled in Warrington.
Earlier this year Carvell said he was looking to extend his career at Warrington.
Warrington’s next game is away at Bardford Bulls this Sunday!
