WARRINGTON Wolves have named their 19 man squad for the showdown with

local rivals St Helens at this week’s Magic Weekend extravaganza in the

final game of day one at

Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium on Saturday, kick off 6.45pm.
The Wolves, who will be looking to bounce back from their defeat to Hull last week will again be without full-back Brett Hodgson who has a knee injury.
Skipper Adrian Morley, pictured above at the Super League launch of the event with opposition skipper Paul Wellens, will be hoping to make his come back from injury.
St Helens secured a 22-10 victory over the Wolves earlier in the season so Warrington will be looking to reverse fortunes this weekend.
Wolves’ head of coaching and rugby Tony Smith said ahead of the fixture: “There’s a lot of feeling between the two sets of fans and we’ll be out there doingour best to make the Warrington fans smile by the end of the fixture but we’ve also got a healthy respect for St Helens and what they can do. They showed against Leeds on Monday night what they are capable of. I know they are going through a bit of a re-build but they’ve got a lot of young enthusiastic players as well as some experienced players and some more coming back too so we’ll be respectful and wary of them.”
