TRAFFIC is to be temporarily banned from using part of New Lane, Appleton Thorn, Warrington from Monday (May 13) for up to two weeks while highway improvement works are carried out.
The closure will be in force while signs are in place and will affect the road between its junctions with Lumb Brook Road and Grappenhall Road.
An alternative route via Lumb Brook Road and Grappenhall Road will be signposted.
