WARRINGTON Borough Council’s telephone system problems have now been resolved.
External callers could not access any council phone lines, including the contact centre – but the problem has now been resolved.

That telephone system is rubbish I was on the phone for over an hour to try to get a rat treatment last week . apparently I’m not on my own.
