FOUR Primary schools in the South of Warrington have closed today due to the snowfall during the night while the Lower site at Bridgewater High School has also been closed.
The Primary Schools which have closed are Cardinal Newman Catholic High School, Latchford, Broomfields Primary School, Appleton, The Cobbs Infants, Appleton and Appleton Thorn Primary School.
The Lower site at Bridgewater High School has also been closed for years 7, 8 and 9 but the Upper Site, where exams are taking place is open as usual.Both sites are expected to be open as normal tomorrow.
St Gregory’s High School is closing at 2pm.
