GRAPHIC design students from Warrington are competing for the chance to have their work published in an international magazine.
Professional Imagemaker magazine has challenged the Priestley College students to design some of its pages, and the chosen ones will be seen around the world.
Tutor Paul McConnell said: “It is an incredible opportunity and one the students are really excited about.
“To have designs in your portfolio that you can say have been published by an international magazine is an amazing thing.”
Magazine editor Mike McNamee used to be a lecturer at Priestley and has continued his relationship with the college.
He visited students to talk about his magazine, which is aimed at professional photographers, and set them the challenge.
He said: “From our point of view I see this as a great opportunity to rub shoulders with some fresh, young minds.”
