WARRINGTON accountancy firm Mitchell Charlesworth has appointed Gemma Gower to head its VAT department.
She will oversee its VAT operation across its offices in Liverpool, Manchester, Chester, Warrington and Widnes.
Ms Gower has nine years VAT experience including roles at HM Revenue and Customs and accountancy firms PKF and Deloitte.
