HGV overturns near Lymm

MOTORISTS are being advised by police to avoid the Cherry Lane area of Lymm after a 35 tonne HGV overturned on the carriageway just before 3pm today, Friday.
The vehicle is not carrying any kind of dangerous substance. Efforts to safely recover the vehicle are ongoing. Nobody was injured during the incident.
Traffic is affected around junct 20 of the M6 and Cherry Lane into Lymm Village. Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes.
