Free bus ride – for free advice!

PEOPLE using Warrington Borough Council’s second contact centre in Time Square can take advantage of the free bus service which runs from the bus interchange to the market.
The new centre opened in August following a 20 per cent increase in clients at the existing one in Horsemarket Street.
Both centres provide a point of call for residents who wish to contact the council.
The new centre is open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm, and there are two extra self-serve computers for customers to use.
Cllr Mike Hannon, deputy leader of the borough council, said: “The new contact centre is part of the plan to improve customer access to the council.
“The centre is face-to-face customer service but it goes hand-in-hand with the online and mobile methods we’re developing and improving all the time.”
