WARRINGTON Market is to be invaded on Saturday – by The Daleks.
They will be involved in an out-of-this-world search for their long-time adversary Dr Who – so there will be plenty of fun for visitors doing their Christmas shopping.
The doctor will, of course, be arriving by Tardis on the look-out for festive bargains.
Saturday is the day of the big, annual Christmas market which this year forms part of the St Andrew’s Day festival taking place in the town centre.
Others visiting the market include Spiderman, on the hunt for original knitting patterns from the wool shop.
Olly the Owl, Gully mouse and Wolfie will be entertaining the children on their way to Santa’s Grotto inside the market.
To celebrate the event Warrington Market is giving away an entire Christmas meal for 10 people in a fabulous free prize draw.
