Ballet returns to town

THE highly acclaimed Vienna Festival Ballet company is returning to Warrington’s Parr Hall on Saturday, December 8 to perform one of Tchaikovsky’s world famous classical ballets, The Nutcracker.
This enchanting tale is one of the world’s best-loved ballets, and centres around Clara and her nutcracker doll which magically transforms into a princely soldier. Magical adventures see the prince and Clara combat the Mouse King and join the Sugar Plum Fairy for a wonderful trip to a kingdom made entirely out of sweets. Expect glamorous costumes, beautiful sets, and energetic performances from the dancers bringing the magic of the ballet to life.
The Vienna Festival Ballet company has been producing quality ballet productions for 33 years, and features young, international, talented dancers, who provide each performance with vivacity, energy, and freshness.
