Children aged 14 and under can enter as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
Alternatively, young children and parents can enter the first Brainwave, Santa Parade that will take place at 10.15am where children, wearing a fancy dress costume, will have the opportunity to walk a 1k lap of the Shopping Centre with fellow Mascots Woody and Captain Brainwave and some special guests from Gullivers World Theme Park.
The funds raised from the Santa Dash will contribute towards the cost of the Brainwave Centre in Warrington.
The Brainwave charity supports children across the Northwest who have disabilities and developmental delay assisting them to achieve life changing skills and greater independence.
This family friendly event is guaranteed to get you into the festive spirit. You can run, jog or walk all the way round a 5k route starting from Birchwood shopping centre, passing through Risley Moss Park and returning to the Shopping centre for a well deserved drink with some live music at the Peacock Pub, where the finish line awaits.
