Special event for people living with trauma

PEOPLE in Warrington living with trauma are invited to a special event to help them develop coping strategies.
Families Living with Trauma is a free event on Saturday September 29, and will look at how trauma affects people and how they can develop coping strategies to deal with difficult emotions. It is organised by the the Foundation4Peace charity based at the Peace Centre in Warrington.
There will be the chance to learn about the impact of trauma on people and how it affects them in the months and sometimes years following events. People will have the chance to learn from others who may be going through similar experiences.
Organisers say the event may be particularly of interest to those supporting family members impacted by trauma.
