A NEW initiative has been launched in Warrington to persuade young women to become more active.
“Us Girls” is a national scheme and has been launched in town by Positive Future.
All girls aged over 16 can take part in weekly sessions involving various activities such as zumba, hot yoga, boxfit, bootcamps, and sports sessions.
Sessions take place every Thursday at 8pm at the Fit In Gym in Penketh and cost £2.
‘Us girls’ is a chance to get active, meet new friends, get information on diet and lifestyle issues and have fun.
