Wolves hit 8,000 season ticket sales

WARRINGTON Wolves have sold their 8000th season ticket for this season as sales keep on rising.
Cameron Thompson, 12, (pictured above) was the 8000th supporter to purchase her season ticket for 2012. Cameron has shown her support for the Wolves for a number of years and predicts another top-spot finish for Warrington this year. She comes to the games with her friends standing on the new South Stand corner terrace.
To mark this sales milestone the club invited Cameron and her mum Kelly down to watch the team training ahead of the Cup game at the weekend. She got the chance to meet her favourite players Matty Blythe and Ben Westwood and enjoyed getting the autographs of many others on her new shirt.
The main benefit of being a 2012 Wolves Season Ticket holder is guaranteeing entry to all Super League home games, the sold out signs should never worry you.
The further expansion of the popular South Stand and the new seating areas gives fans more opportunity to get their place at The Halliwell Jones Stadium.
Since the 2012 Season Tickets were launched back in September the sales have been above and beyond the expectations of the club.
Season Ticket sales in each stand are up year-on-year and everyone associated with the Wolves cannot thank the fans enough for their continued and ever-growing support.
Trina McEvoy, Wolves’ ticketing co-ordinator, said: “Working at the heart of ticket sales here at the club we enjoy meeting both new and lifelong fans. To have reached 8000 season ticket sales this year and for them to be still selling well just shows how far the club has come since the days at Wilderspool. Reaching this milestone is testament to the hard work both on and off the pitch as well as the loyal, growing support of the fans. The stadium was expanded earlier this year as a response to the increasing attendances so to see season ticket sales still on the up shows there is a need to respond to the growing demand from supporters.”
Season Tickets continue to be on sale so there is still time to be part of the Wolves in 2012.
