A 21-year-old Warrington man is to appear in court later this month charged with drugs offences.
The man, from Poplars Avenue, Orford, is the 13th suspect to be arrested and charged in connection with Operation Strikeout, a high-profile police drugs operation carried out in November.
He was arrested on March 3 and subsequently charged with two counts of supplying cocaine before being bailed until his court appearance in Warrington.
During Operation Strikeout, a total of 17 properties were searched by police – 16 of them in the Warrington area.
Suspected Class A and B drugs were seized from some of the properties along with more than £1,500 in cash and four motor vehicles.
More than 100 officers were involved in the series of dawn raids.
Drug squad officers were supported by representatives of Golden Gates Housing and Warrington’s Drug Action Team.
Twelve of the 13 people arrested are male.
Police say anyone with any information in relation to suspected drug use and supply in Warrington should call Cheshire Police on 0845 458 0000 or use the confidential Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111.
