MARSHALS are being sought for a charity sponsored walk at Warrington that goes through the night.
The Starlight Walk is a women-only half marathon walk (13.1 miles) starting at midnight on Friday June 18 to raise funds for St Rocco’s Hospice.
Last year 1,900 women took part and raised more than £180,000 for the charity. This year is the fifth Starlight Walk and marks the 25th anniversary of the charity.
Men and women over 18 are invited to act as marshals. Further details are available from the charity on 0925 575780.
