Home extension refused

A PLANNING inspector has overturned a refusal by borough planning chiefs to grant permission for a two-storey side extension at a house in David Road, Lymm.
The application was refused last year on the grounds of loss of daylight and outlook for a neighbouring house. But an appeal has proved successful.
The inspector says there will be a reasonable distance between the two properties so there will be no significant loss of daylight or outlook.
