Wolves' season review 2010

NEW signing Richie Myler was in sensational form as Warrington Wolves demolished neighbours Leigh Centurions 16-60.
Myler scored a first half hat-trick, scored a fourth in the second half and was at the heart of much of Warrington’s attacking play as they built up a commanding 0-36 half-time lead.
Fellow new signings Ryan Atkins and David Solomona also figured, with Atkins also getting on the score sheet.
Leigh were their own worst enemy in the first half spilling possession and tightened up considerably in the second half which produced some entertaining rugby from both sides.
But Warrington boss Tony Smith got exactly what he hoped for from his opening game, with all three new signings impressing, a clean bill of health and a resounding victory.
Warrington’s other tries came from Louis Anderson, Matt King, Ben Westwood, Simon Grix and Kevin Penny, with Lee Briers landing 10 conversions in the absence of regular goal kickers Chris Hicks and Chris Bridge.
