TAXI ranks in Winwick Street, Warrington, outside Central Station, will be moved under proposals put forward by the borough council.
The new Hackney Carriage stands will be on the east side of Winwick Street, frfom a point 134.3 metres from the junction with John Street for a distance of 20 metres in a southerly direction.
Council chiefs say there will be four spaces, instead of the three currently available outside the station. The ranks will operation round-the-clock.
Details plans can be inspected at the council’s legal serviced section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street and any representations must be made in writing to that address by January 28.
