AN air conditioning company from Warrington is hoping to spread its success by launching a new franchise of its services on the UK market.
The 4 Seasons Group has been working with industry expert, Franchise Development Services Northern.
The air conditioning company, established in 2003, is now looking for franchisees to help grow its brand.
Managing director John Duggan said: “When we started the company, we spotted a niche in the market for domestic and small commercial installations, which was previously being serviced by a ‘man in a van’ or occasionally by bigger companies with very poor customer service.
“In a market that has grown dramatically in the last four years we have developed a very strong customer service strategy, which has focused on professional delivery at all levels from the survey and design phase, to installation and maintenance with manufacturer backed five year warranties.”
Two pilot operations of the franchise have been run in Liverpool and Durham and extensive research has been carried out.
Franchisees will promote the businesses through sales and marketing, carry out surveys, develop designs and ensure health and safety issues are addressed, whilst installation work is managed by a network of approved contractors.
The company will offer training and extensive support in the field.
