Two men charged over Cannabis factory

TWO men have been charged with production of a Class B drug following the discovery of a Cannabis factory in Warrington.
The men were arrested on Friday 13 February after officers discovered a large scale Cannabis factory in a former nightclub, Club Wired, on Mersey Street.
Le Trung, 48, and Tuan van Phan, 35, both of no fixed abode, were formally charged with production of a Class B drug on Saturday 14 February.
The pair have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at Chester Crown Court at 10.00am on Monday 23 February.
Two juveniles were also charged with the same offence, they will also appear at Chester Crown Court on Monday 23 February.
