VIDEO interview with Warrington Borough Council leader Terry O’Neill

who would like to see Warrington become an independent city in full control of its own finances.
Despite austerity measures forced upon the council following government cutbacks, Cllr O’Neill says 2014 has been a successful year for the town and predicts further success in 2015, especially if the “devolution debate” allows the town to become an independent city in the future.
