While he loved his time at Widnes where he was club captain, he says he couldn’t resist a move to Warrington because of the club’s potential to challenge for silverware.
Now after a tough pre-season he says the excitement is about to start.
Brown was on holiday in Mexico when he got the call saying Warrington were interested in signing him – although he didn’t beliueve it as first folloiwng previous links with St Helens and Cronulla which failed to materialise.
