So often when we meet friends these days it’s in the pub. In fact, most kinds of social interactions in Britain have been built on the traditional pub, whether it be after-work drinks, Sunday afternoons with loved ones or even celebrations and commiserations.
TALKHUB C.I.C is a non-profit organisation working to improve men’s mental health across Warrington, Cheshire, and Merseyside. What started as a mental health podcast in late 2019 quickly grew into a wider initiative combining fitness and support to help men talk openly and take care of their mental well-being.
With the days getting shorter and the weather colder and, let’s face it, a lot more miserable, it can all feel a little bit gloomy at this time of year.
