WARRINGTON based  construction company Emerald Bay have been shortlisted for the prestigious North West Residential Property Awards, in the category ‘Bespoke & Urban Developer of the year’.

The industry award winner will be announced at a black tie ceremony in January, coinciding with the first anniversary of Kings Court Apartments, the Warrington town centre luxury apartments that secured their nomination.

Adam Jude, Operations Director at Stockton Heath based Emerald Bay said:“To be shortlisted for this industry award is in itself a triumph as we’re up against several big players. We’re extremely proud of what we achieved at Kings Court and its full occupancy is an existing measure of its success”.
An independent panel of experts will announce the winner at a black tie event in Manchester on 24 January.

Since their release in December 2018, the 32 loft style properties at the heart of the Town Centre have proved extremely popular with cosmopolitan professionals from across the world, including Greece, Austria and South Africa.
