Six to fight Penketh by election

SIX candidates will contest a by-election for the vacant Penketh seat on Warrington Borough Council tomorrow (Thursday)
They are Labour’s Kenny Watson, Conservative Phil Hayward, Liberal Democrat Dave Crowther, the Green Party’s Steph Davies, UKIP’s Ian Wilson and independent Geoff Fellows.
