WARRINGTON-based charity Creating Adventures is hosting a magical Masquerade Ball at The Midland Hotel in Manchester.
This will be the second ball for the charity and guests will be treated to an evening of glamorous elegance with bubbles on arrival followed by a delicious 3 course meal, sensational music by North West based band The Provocateurs, auction and creative raffle.
The evening, which takes place on November 10 is sponsored by the Warrington branch of jewellers, Shipton and Co, and is centred on raising the profile of Creating Adventures which exists to bring laughter, stimulation and enrichment to the lives of adults aged 18+ with Autism and additional needs. For many, age is merely a number and they still want to enjoy many of the activities they will have enjoyed as a child but are not available as an adult or are deemed to be socially unacceptable. Creating Adventures is about unmasking those perceptions and barriers that exist in the community and giving adults in need the activities that they want to enjoy.
Tickets are £60 each and are available individually or as tables of 10. Local businesses are being encouraged to join in with the festivities as an early Christmas celebration for their staff.
