A MAN has been arrested and charged with attempting to supply drugs after being caught with a drone outside HM Risley prison, Warrington.
It is alleged that he was found with a drone and a quantity of controlled drugs near to the wall outside the prison on Warrington Road.
Suspecting that was an attempt to supply drugs to inmates, officers have made the arrest.
