TWO members of Lymm Tennis Club who decided to enter the Cheshire Lawn Tennis Association Senior Championships for the first time came away with the 45+ Men’s Double’s title.
Peter Wilkinson and Richard Barbera beat the No 1 seeds in their semi-final match, before going on to beat the No 2 seeds in the final, played at Cheshire Oaks.
They now hope to return next year to defend their title.
