Supporters can become reporters

WARRINGTON Wolves’ faithful are being given the chance to turn from supporters to reporters thanks to a new scheme being launched today.
The media project will give fans the chance to interview their favourite stars, put together match reports and develop their own action photos for the match day programme and official website.
People on the course will receive tuition in sports photography and sports reporting from experienced tutors and media professionals.
The programme will continue every Wednesday until September 17, from 1pm to 3pm.
It will also include the Super League matches against Hull KR on August 17 and Huddersfield Giants on September 7.
Warrington Borough Council, Warrington Wolves Foundation and the Learning Skills Council are running the programme.
For more information and to apply for a place, contact Debbie Blackburn 01925 248 894 or email community@warringtonwolves.com
