OUTLINE plans for a new office building on land in Dalton Avenue, Birchwood Park, have been approved by Warrington planners, together with proposals for access and car parking.
Hospital lottery
WINNING numbers in the weekly lottery run by the League of Friends of Warrington Hospital were 6, 9, 11 and 16. One winner claimed the £241 jackpot prize and a consolation prize of £25.
Care home
OUTLINE plans to replace the Fledglings Nursery in Guardian Street, Warrington with a new care home has been approved. The scheme involves demolition of the existing building.
Open Day
AN open day is being held at Croft Riding Centre, near Warrington, tomorrow (Sunday) to promote the benefits of horse riding for people of all ages. It starts at 11am and will give visitors a chance to see show jumping and try taster lessons.
Garden Party
A GARDEN Party is being held at Potter’s House, Heath Road, Penketh near Warrington today (Saturday) to raise money for Francis House Children’s Hospice and the Kate Snapes Wheelchair Fund. The event starts at 1pm.
