Miller Homes has donated £555 to Warrington Visually Impaired People (VIP) through its Community Fund, helping the long-established charity continue providing its much-loved lunch club for older people across the borough.
The funding will contribute towards the running of the twice-weekly lunch club, which serves freshly prepared three-course meals to members aged between 60 and 100. As the cost of groceries continues to rise, the donation will help ensure the service remains available, offering not only nutritious meals but also valuable opportunities for social connection and companionship.
Warrington VIP has been supporting local people for more than 100 years, providing practical, social and wellbeing services that help older residents remain independent, active and connected within their community.
The donation forms part of the Miller Homes Community Fund, which supports charities, community groups and local organisations making a positive difference in the areas surrounding its developments.

The donation reflects Miller Homes’ continued commitment to investing in the communities surrounding its developments, including its newest Warrington development, Aspen Row in Great Sankey.
Aspen Row offers a collection of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes and recently welcomed its first visitors to the new sales cabin, which is open Thursday to Monday from 10:30am until 5:30pm. Homebuyers are invited to visit the development, meet the sales team and early bird reserve their new home.
Since launching in 2022, the Miller Homes Community Fund has awarded over £40,000 in grants to charities, schools, grassroots sports clubs and community organisations across the North West, helping deliver projects that create lasting benefits for local communities.
