POLICE are seeking help from parents to tackle ongoing issues with anti-social behaviour, including drug dealing, near Hill Cliffe cemetery at Appleton, Warrington.

The area near the cemetery has been a popular hangout for youngsters for many years, with ongoing issues. Now, police are seeking help from parents with adolescents using e-bikes and snoods to evade officers.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: “There have been numerous reports of anti-social behaviour at the Hill Cliffe area. There have also been reports of suspected dealing/using of cannabis in that area by young adolescents and children.
“If anyone knows that their child frequents that area or knows any child that does, can you please get in touch and make Cheshire police aware, as they are also using e-bikes to evade police and wearing snoods to mask their identity.”
Anyone with information to help identify the culprits should contact Cheshire Police on 101 or report via the Cheshire Police website.
