Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Cottontails Day Nursery in Burtonwood.
Established in 1996, Cottontails Day Nursery is a successful 74-place children’s day nursery. It occupies a converted two-storey former church school.
The nursery has been owned by Harriett Butterworth since 2020, and was brought to market so that she could focus on new business projects.
Following a confidential sales process with Sofia Beck at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Tiddlywinks Nursery Group, which now has 9 settings.

Cottontails Nursery was sold for an undisclosed price.
