FIREFIGHTERS from Lymm were called out last night (Friday) following reports of a car overheating at a fuel station.

At 19:40 one crew from Lymm attended the Poplars Services near Cliff Lane, Warrington, due to concerns of smoke emitting from the engine bay of a car at a fuel station.
Firefighters moved the vehicle and cooled it with a hose reel jet. The crew monitored the engine with a thermal imaging camera.
