FIREFIGHTERS helped rescue a trapped person following a collision at Padgate, Warrington, last night, Wednesday.
Shortly before 10 pm two crews from Warrington and Birchwood, attended a road traffic collision on Mullion Grove.
The road traffic collision involved one car and needed firefighters to assist with getting one physically trapped casualty out of the vehicle.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: “At around 10pm on Wednesday 24 September, officers were altered to reports of collision in Poulton-with-Fearnhead by colleagues from Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service.
“It was reported that the collision involved grey MG4, with the driver having reportedly driven into his garage door.
“No arrests were made in relation to the incident.
