PLANNERS have been asked to consider another application to allow a single family dwelling in a terraced property in the Fairfield & Howley area of Warrington, to be converted into a House in Multiple Occupation.
The applicant is seeking a Certificate of Lawfulness for the proposed change of use from single family dwelling (C3) to 6 person HMO (C4) and proposed loft conversion including dormer window to rear elevation, roof lights to front under permitted development.
It involves an end terrace property on Manchester Road, Fairfield and Howley and is the third application involving converting a single family home into a HMO for six people, in the space of a week.
A decision will be made by Warrington Borough Council officers under delegated powers.
