RESIDENTS of Green Park Nursing Home, Great Sankey, enjoyed the magic of Bollywood in their lounge – thanks to a duo from Caring Hands Activities.
The North West-based entertainers dazzled the audience with colourful outfits, high-energy moves, and infectious music, turning an ordinary afternoon into a joyful celebration of culture and connection.
Residents got up an dances, clapped along to the music and had a lot of fun.
They were also able to try on beautiful, traditional Indian outfits.
Green Park Nursing Home provides nursing and short-term respite care, along with specialised dementia care across three dedicated ‘Reconnect’ communities.
It holds a “Good” rating with the Care Quality Commission.
It is part of the Orchard Care Homes Group, which looks after 23 care homes in the Midlands and the North of England.
Last year, the group won Outstanding Care Home Provider at the Stars of Social Care Awards. Every home in the group has achieved a five-star food rating.
