LEADING Lymm-based childcare group Kids Planet has revealed that the results of its most recent Parents Survey came in at an excellent Net Promoter Score of 71.1 – in the ‘World Class’ category.

The expanding group has 81 nurseries across the UK and recently achieved the number one spot in the Nursery Chains 2021 quality table.

Over 2000 parents took part in the most recent survey, answering questions relating to whether they would recommend Kids Planet based on their individual nursery, the company as a whole, and their experience during the pandemic.
Although some parents reported feeling frustrated due to the pandemic restrictions, the overall score demonstrated the overall high levels of satisfaction.
One parent said, “I have had a fantastic experience with the nursery from my very first contact. My son loves the variety of activities. I am always kept updated on what he has been eating etc. The staff are very friendly and always have time to tell me about my son’s day. They have also been wonderful throughout the pandemic.”
Clare Roberts CEO said: “Amongst positive comments and happy families within the group, we are able to use the invaluable feedback to help us further develop our service.
“The group has pulled together during the pandemic, ensuring our focus remains on the children, and safeguarding is of the highest priority.
“Our teams work tirelessly to make sure the children in our care have the best day at Kids Planet, therefore it has been fantastic to receive such positive feedback in this Parent Survey.”
