Suspicious door-to-door seller issued with COVID breach fine and sent back to Hull!

POLICE have thanked the public for alerting officers to suspicious door-to-door knocking activity in the Glazebury area of Warrington which resulted in a man being issued with a COVID breach fine and being sent back to Hull!

Earlier today Warrington Police had reported receiving reports of suspicious door-to-door salesman operating in the area.
As a result of these calls two PCSOs stopped a male in the Glazebury, area.
His unnecessary journey to Warrington has resulted in him being issued with a fixed penalty notice for breach of Covid-19 regulations and being sent home- to Hull
Police have thanked everyone who called regarding this male.
