A man caught by two brothers outside a flood-damaged property in Warrington early on Saturday morning was appearing in court today accused of theft.
At 6.30am on Saturday 30 January police were called to reports of a burglary at an address on Rostherne Close, Warrington.
Officers attended the scene and a 40-year-old man was arrested.
Sebastian Sarota, of no fixed abode, has since been charged with theft.
He has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court today, Monday 1 February.
