A NEW workshop for children aged 7-12 is being launched in Warrington by local wellbeing business Eyez on the Vibes

Chakra Kidz is a fun and uplifting wellbeing workshop designed to help children build confidence, express their emotions and develop positive tools to support their mental and emotional wellbeing.
The sessions combine movement, music, fun activities, positive affirmations, mindfulness and guided meditation, creating a relaxed space where children can be themselves, have fun and learn simple techniques they can use in everyday life.
Although the workshop has a chakra element, the focus is much broader than chakras. It is about confidence, self-expression, emotional wellbeing, positivity and helping children feel good about themselves.
In spiritual traditions like Hinduism and Buddhism, chakras are seen as spinning centers of life force energy in the body..
