WARRINGTON Youth Zone was delighted to welcome more than 50 representatives from businesses across Warrington and the wider region to its annual Skyline Sizzle Business BBQ this week.
The event provided an opportunity for local businesses to network, build new connections and learn more about the life-changing work of Warrington Youth Zone, all while enjoying a fantastic summer BBQ in the heart of the Youth Zone.
Guests were inspired by the moving story of Dom, a local young person whose journey has been transformed through the support of Warrington Youth Zone. His personal experiences highlighted the lasting impact that the charity has on the lives of young people and reinforced the importance of continued support from the local business community.
Adding to the fun was a lively Beat the Goalie challenge, with participants putting their shooting skills to the test. A special thank you goes to Rylands FC for providing the goalkeeper, who kept everyone on their toes throughout the afternoon. Mayor of Warrington, Cllr Sagheer Zaman joined in the challenge alongside guests from across the business community.
