Nominations open for rebranded Warrington Business Awards Plus

NOMINATIONS are now officially open for the newly rebranded Warrington Business Awards Plus.

Organised by Warrington Chamber Plus, the highly anticipated Warrington Business awards event will take place on Thursday, 15 October at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.
The 2026 awards hold historic significance as they celebrate the landmark 150th anniversary of both the Warrington Chamber of Commerce and their key community partners, the Warrington Wolves.
Local businesses and charities across all sectors are invited to submit their entries to shine a light on the town’s thriving economy.
The re-launched event features a comprehensive lineup of categories designed to recognise outstanding achievement, community spirit, and innovation:

1. Business of the Year
2. Small Business of the Year
3. Business Man of the Year
4. Business Woman of the Year
5. Young person/Student of the Year
6. Entrepreneur of the Year
7. Outstanding Achievement
8. Charity of the year? Community impact award?
9. Employer of the year
10. Lifetime achievement (This award will be decided solely by the WCP Board)

Sponsorship opportunities are also still available but going fast.
