OFFICERS investigating reports of stalking in the Warrington area have charged a man in relation to the offences.
Ross Spencer-Hawkes has been charged with stalking without fear/alarm/distress.
The 51-year-old, of Runcorn, will appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 13 July.
The charge relates to reports of stalking a woman in the Warrington area in February 2026.
